Caitlin Fitzsimons

Caitlin obtained her LLB Law Degree from Ulster University before progressing to obtain an LLM Masters Degree in Law from Queen's University, Belfast. She began her career with Fisher & Fisher as a paralegal and subsequently completed her training contract with the firm, qualifying as a solicitor in Northern Ireland in 2024.

Caitlin specialises in all areas of family law, representing clients in matters including child contact and residence arrangements, specific issue applications, public law proceedings, non-molestation orders, divorce proceedings, and ancillary relief claims.

In addition to her family law practice, Caitlin has experience in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including personal injury claims, debt recovery disputes, and employment-related claims. She also represents clients in criminal proceedings, providing practical and effective legal advice throughout the process.
