Michael Gilfedder has been with Fisher and Fisher Solicitors for in excess of 40 years. He was a member of the Council of the Law Society of Northern Ireland for 10 years and was a member of the Non Contentious Business Committee for nearly 30 years. He has a Tax Qualification in Membership of the Institute of Accounting Technicians of Ireland since 1992. He is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and is an accredited Mediator of the Law Society. Michael has delivered lectures for the Law Society in relation to Probate and has also written articles for the Solicitors Magazine ‘The Writ’. His main areas of work include Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Trusts and Tax, Conveyancing, Mergers and Acquisitions and various Commercial and Corporate matters.
